For those with an interest:  On Friday, December 6, at 9.30 am, the Supreme Court of Canada will hear the appeals in C.M. Callow Inc. v. Tammy Zollinger and Wastech Services Ltd. v. Greater Vancouver Sewerage, two cases which will revisit the Court`s earlier ruling in Bhasin v. Hrnew, which itself established the “organising principle of good faith” in Canadian contract law.
